Next year I am going to the SDCC and want to dress up as Iron Man. Does anyone know how I could possibly make a bad @$$ costume? I don't have access to any welding/smelting tools etc. i just need some ideas on how to make stuff like the chest plate, leggings, andn ways to hook them together, all that kind of stuff. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks!

hooking then together: velcro
