This slideshow documents the process I went through to build my Iron Man costume for Halloween. I designed and rendered the patterns in Adobe Illustrator, plotted them, spray mounted them to bristol board, cut, scored, bent, backed up with wire, then attached to the clothing layer with hot glue and velcro. The lights are battery-powered, peel and stick LED cabinet lights from Home Depot. Enjoy!
